CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

PRODUCTION OPERATOR

DUTIES

Our Production Operator will make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality standards as outlined in the work order specifications. All production processes, whether large or small, require elements of quality control and all inspection and testing is carried out to the specified requirements. If manufacturing issues are encountered, our Production Operator will meet with production supervisor in order to determine the cause of the issue and decide whether current processes need to be changed or updated.

Reviews work order (docket) to determine ink, stock, and equipment needed for production

Investigating and setting standards for quality

Working alone or  with other operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems, ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with required standards

Regularly check production to ensure the highest level of quality for our customers

Observe and report any manufacturing issue when necessary

Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary degree or diploma required in a relevant field of study

Aggressive self-starter with good organizational and listening skills

Strong emphasis on rapport building and the ability to overcome mechanic sense

Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, ERP)

Prior industry experience an asset

Must be working in a manufacturing environment

Sales Representative

DUTIES

A financially strong, dynamic and growing organization, Super Poly currently has offices located in Edmonton, and Winnipeg. We are seeking energetic people to fulfill the roles of Sales Representatives all over Canada.

To generate new business by effectively marketing our products, services, and capabilities to prospective customers

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service

Generate leads by making cold-calls, and utilizing referral networks, trade-shows, and other opportunities to engage with the market

Identify and develop new and creative uses for our existing product lines

Observe and report on trending market factors that affect our business including pricing, competitor initiatives, and future direction of the industry

Report to management regarding sales quotas and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary degree or diploma required in a relevant field of study

Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with strong emphasis on rapport building and the ability to overcome customer resistance

Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, ERP)

Prior industry experience an asset

Must be willing to travel
